On monday at lunch we broke down the Peterson roll, affectionately know for years at Infighting as 'the Anthony sweep.'
This first example is the most common version. The initial sit out makes space to make the actual roll easier.
This second example is a standing Peterson. Less common, but pretty impressive and easier than it looks.
