Friday we worked on a back arch finish to our single leg. We went arm drag, head inside, switch to the far hip and arch.
Below is Kolat hitting a similar finish off a high crotch. The main difference is that his head is outside, instead of inside, and his hands are reversed as a result. Either way , note the hip extension. His head goes almost straight back as the hip thrusts forward, he never returns to standing upright.
