Then we moved on to talk about Marcelo's Baseball sweep. The next two videos are first Marcelo hitting the sweep hard on a very game Lovato Jr. and teaching the sweep in his class. Check them out.
In the end we combined the two techniques by trying the armbar and transitioning to the sweep when the defend.
