Started this class with a triangle from an overhook guard. It was essentially like this one, but, we added a bit of a bump sweep first.

Next we moved on to countering the triangle using the legs over escape. This set us up nicely for an ankle lock.
With a nickname like "The Lion Killer" and being involved in jiu-jitsu you've got to be able to back it up and Garry Lee Tonon has done more than that! As a multiple time World No-Gi & Pan Ams No-Gi Champion Garry has been on a hot streak of finishing a slew of opponents.
Last we looked at countering a common escape to the ankle lock with a high leg pass. I can't find a video of this so I will try to make one soon.
