Sambo class recap

Today's Sambo class started off with this great drill to find your feet out of a hip throw. 

Take down Tuesday training with @bruceleeo means pretending the floor is "Shuai Chiao lava" which is when you can only touch the ground with your feet at all times even when receiving flyer miles🔥🌋...Training should be serious playing. After that we looked at an ankle pick victor roll combo. Here is some old ass footage of Reilly teaching this combo.

Next we moved on to countering the Russian grip by ducking under, thus making it into a Georgian grip and hitting a pick up. Here is circus strong man Vadim Kolganov showing the pick up defence to the Georgian.

Last we went back on the attack from the Georgian and countered the pick up with the same inside trip we did from the position last week. You need to hit this fast, as they bring their hips in hard for the pick up. Again, here's Vlad.
