In this class we began a discussion of attacks from front headlock. We began by looking at chokes. We covered a lot, but by no means all of the options. We looked at:
The Anaconda choke
The Darce Choke
The Peruvian necktie
The Unicorn choke (head and arm guillotine)
The impaler
There are videos all over youtube of most of these chokes but I haven’t been able to find ones that highlight the points I like too. So I am going to do a quick recap at the start of Mondays class and I will film it. I would like to get back to producing more video content anyway. so, check back here tomorrow night for an actual recap. In the meantime, go ahead and google some of these if you want and you can try to spot the differences in the way we covered them on Friday.
